Cartflue is a platform that connects donors with NGOs and charitable campaigns. All donations made through the platform are voluntary contributions to support a cause.

1. General Refund Policy
Donations made on Cart Flue are generally non-refundable Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed

2. Exceptions (When Refund May Be Considered)
Refund requests may be reviewed in the following cases:
Duplicate transaction
Incorrect amount entered due to technical error
Failed transaction where amount was debited but not credited to the campaign
Unauthorized transaction (subject to verification)
All refund requests are subject to review and approval by Cart Flue.

3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact us within 3–5 days of the transaction:

Include: Name
Transaction ID
Date of donation
Reason for refund request

4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
Refund will be credited to the original payment method

5. NGO Responsibility
Once funds are transferred to the NGO, Cart Flue may not be able to process refunds In such cases, donors may need to contact the respective NGO directly

6. Platform Fees
Platform fees, payment gateway charges, or promotional fees (if applicable) may be non-refundable

7. Fraud & Misuse
Cart Flue reserves the right to investigate and deny refund requests in case of misuse or suspicious activity

8. Third-Party Links
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites.
We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

9. Changes to Policy
Cart Flue reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.
