2. Role of Cartflue
Cart Flue acts as an intermediary platform
We facilitate fundraising campaigns but do not own or manage NGOs or beneficiaries
We do not guarantee campaign outcomes or success

3. Donations

Share updates from NGOs
Improve user experience

For Donors:
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless stated otherwise
Cart Flue does not guarantee how funds will be used by NGOs
Donors are responsible for reviewing campaign details before donating

Tax exemptions (such as 80G) are available only when the donation is made to an eligible NGO and donor details are shared as required. Cart Flue does not issue tax exemption certificates. Donors should verify eligibility with the respective NGO.

4. Platform Fees
Cart Flue may charge a platform/service fee for certain campaigns or services
Fees will be clearly disclosed before payment
Additional payment gateway charges may apply

5. NGO Responsibilities
NGOs / Campaign Creators agree to:
Provide accurate and genuine information
Use funds only for stated purposes
Share updates and proof of impact
Comply with all applicable laws
Cart Flue reserves the right to suspend or remove campaigns if misuse or fraud is suspected.

6. Campaign Approval
All campaigns are subject to verification and approval
Cart Flue may reject or remove any campaign without prior notice

7. User Conduct
You agree that you will not:
Post, upload, or share any false, misleading, or inaccurate information, including fake campaigns or incorrect beneficiary details
Use the Platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Upload or distribute content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or offensive
Impersonate any person or organization or misrepresent your identity
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the Platform or its systems
Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misuse communication features

8. Payments & Security
Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways
Cart Flue does not store full card details
Users are responsible for ensuring secure transactions.

9. Refund Policy
Donations are generally non-refundable
Refunds, if any, are subject to case-by-case review

10. Limitation of Liability
Cart Flue shall not be liable for:
Misuse of funds by NGOs
Campaign failure or unmet expectations
Any indirect or consequential loss

11. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform belongs to Cart Flue or respective users
Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

12. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate accounts
Remove content
Block access in case of violations

14. Change to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law & jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
